2. Shape the Concept

We develop two to three high-level site layout options to test different program, access, and massing strategies. A preferred direction is selected through collaborative working sessions, then transformed into a clear plan and narrative—ready for stakeholders, investors, or internal alignment.
3. Move Forward
Concept Refinement
The selected concept is further developed into a refined concept deliverable, supported by massing studies, visual narratives, diagrams, and strategic notes—ready for stakeholders, partners, or internal next steps.
